I'm Jemma, I'm passionate about creating inclusive and delicious culinary experiences. My journey with baking began in my childhood, cherished moments spent in the kitchen with my grandmothers and then my father.

 

This love for cooking and baking evolved into a mission when I met my husband, who faced challenges with lactose intolerance. Witnessing his struggles at social events and the need to bring his own food inspired me to adapt and refine my baking skills to be entirely lactose-free.

 

As a mother, my dedication to inclusive baking deepened when my daughter was born, requiring gluten-free options. Watching her navigate social situations where she couldn't partake in birthday celebrations fuelled my commitment to making allergy-friendly treats.

 

My goal is to eliminate the isolation and frustration associated with food allergies, ensuring that everyone can indulge in delectable cakes regardless of dietary restrictions. Let's create a world where no one has to miss out on the joy of sharing a slice of happiness at any celebration!
